Quimper (bretó Kemper) és una ciutat de França, a la regió de Bretanya, capital del departament de Finisterre i del broiù de Bro Kernev.
Era l'antiga Civitas Carisopitum dels gal·loromans, i fou annexada al Ducat de Bretanya el 1066.
